Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth in North India.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and drive sales of surgical sutures and related products.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, surgeons, distributors, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Sales Executives.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Channel Management

  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors and stockists to ensure seamless supply chain and market penetration.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and credit terms with channel partners.

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, CMEs, and conferences.
  • Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and medical conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and analyze data to improve sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on market conditions, competitor activities, and business opportunities to senior management.
