Job Description: We're seeking an adept and versatile individual to take on the pivotal role of Founders Office, working hand in hand with the Founder to drive Bummer's growth and success across all fronts. As a Management Generalist with an MBA background and/or consulting experience, you'll play a critical role in shaping Bummer's strategic direction, fostering a positive organizational culture, and overseeing various verticals that contribute to our brand's development from the ground up. Responsibilities: 1. Investor Relations: Manage and nurture relationships with investors, providing timely updates and insights on Bummer's performance and growth prospects. 2. Data Reporting: Develop and analyze data-driven reports to inform decision-making and support the Founder's strategic initiatives. 3. Culture Building: Champion the development of a strong organizational culture that aligns with Bummer's values and fosters a collaborative and innovative environment. 4. Product Road Maps: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to outline and execute product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Bummer's business objectives. 5. Business Strategies: Contribute to the formulation of broad business strategies, leveraging your insights to drive Bummer's expansion and market presence. 6. Growth & Expansion: Collaborate on growth and expansion plans, identifying new market opportunities and strategies for scaling the brand. 7. Special Projects: Lead and execute special projects as assigned by the Founder, contributing to the overall success and evolution of Bummer. Qualifications: • MBA background and/or consulting experience is preferred. • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a management role, with a track record of driving business growth and strategic initiatives. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for effective interaction with investors, stakeholders, and team members. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges. • Leadership capabilities and the ability to influence and inspire teams across various functions. • Passion for fashion, innovation, and a deep understanding of Millennial and GenZ consumer preferences. • Willingness to work flexible hours and be available 24/7 to support the Founder and address urgent matters.
