This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in an international BPO, specifically in calling the US market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills and be able to work in India night timings from 8 pm to 5 am IST.</div> <div>Responsibilities:<br /> Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market with the goal of generating qualified leads.<br /> Utilize effective communication techniques to engage prospects and build relationships.<br /> Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.<br /> Identify and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.<br /> Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and lead status in the CRM system.<br /> Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.<br /> Meet or exceed individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.</div> <div>Requirements:<br /> Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international BPO, specifically in lead generation and cold calling.<br /> Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting targets.<br /> Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.<br /> Ability to speak in a neutral accent and adapt to different customer preferences.<br /> Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to engage prospects and build rapport.<br /> Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using call center software.<br /> Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.<br /> Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.</div>
