What Would You be Doing?

Across the multiple roles, you will:

• Work closely with the founders, and business teams to understand goals and own product roadmaps in alignment with the goals
• Define the “why” and “what” to build for the rest of the tech and design team
• Be on top of user behavior - leveraging data, customer interactions, studying industry & competitors etc.
• Ensure high product quality - closely collaborate with tech, design, and business teams
• Iterate and experiment with multiple solution ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes, etc.

Growth - Engagement & Retention	Creator - Wishlink Creator App	Increase creator earnings via habit loops, gamification and tech-first innovations Build MVPs for increasing engagement, iterating & scaling them to improve retention	3+ years of total experience as a Product Manager 1+ years of experience in a Growth PM role at a product-first organization (e-commerce/ SMB SaaS/ fintech exp is a plus)
Sourcing	Creator - Wishlink Sourcing Platform	Own Wishlink Sourcing platform and its PnL - where creators source products to create content (on a returnable basis) Define framework for credit access, top-up & utilization to maximize business ROI & scale sourcing Improve product discovery and post-order experience	3+ years of total product management experience at a product-first organisation (e-commerce experience is a plus)

What are We Looking For?

• Bachelors/Masters degree from Tier-1 colleges Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong ability to work independently, and build processes that scale
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Leadership and effective stakeholder management capabilities
• Curiosity and love for understanding user behaviors, building products, and driving impact at scale
• Ability to navigate through the dynamic, fast-paced work environment of an early-stage startup (super important)
• Open to learning new stuff (super important)
• Humble, kind, and open to feedback (super duper important)
