Job Summary
The City Head role at ParkSmart is a Senior Sales Manager position dedicated to driving market expansion and managing the overall city portfolio. This position is vital for establishing partnerships, promoting adoption, and overseeing city-level growth operations.
Responsibilities
- Expand ParkSmart’s presence across assigned cities.
- Build and manage city-level business operations.
- Drive partnerships and foster commercial growth.
- Identify and target relevant businesses and ecosystem partners.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate closely with automation and real estate-linked businesses.
- Drive on-ground business development and execution.
- Independently manage the entire city portfolio.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and city expansion responsibilities.
- Ability to manage an entire city portfolio independently.
- Strong ownership and execution mindset.
- Familiarity with automation or infrastructure-driven businesses is preferred.
- Comfortable working on-ground and handling field operations.
