Job Summary

The City Head role at ParkSmart is a Senior Sales Manager position dedicated to driving market expansion and managing the overall city portfolio. This position is vital for establishing partnerships, promoting adoption, and overseeing city-level growth operations.

Responsibilities

• Expand ParkSmart’s presence across assigned cities.
• Build and manage city-level business operations.
• Drive partnerships and foster commercial growth.
• Identify and target relevant businesses and ecosystem partners.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across commercial and infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate closely with automation and real estate-linked businesses.
• Drive on-ground business development and execution.
• Independently manage the entire city portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• Strong business development and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and city expansion responsibilities.
• Ability to manage an entire city portfolio independently.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Familiarity with automation or infrastructure-driven businesses is preferred.
• Comfortable working on-ground and handling field operations.
