Job Summary

We are seeking a Snowflake Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to contribute to our data engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging Snowflake's capabilities to optimize our data integrations, architecture, and analytics efforts, ensuring effective utilization of our data assets in line with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions using Snowflake for data integration and processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop efficient ETL processes.
• Optimize Snowflake queries and performance to ensure timely data delivery.
• Implement data governance and security measures in Snowflake.
• Tune and monitor performance and cost management within the Snowflake environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members regarding Snowflake best practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience working with Snowflake and related data technologies.
• Certifications:
  • SnowPro Core
  • SnowPro Advanced
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and data warehousing solutions.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with other cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Experience

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Snowflake and data engineering.
