Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will leverage their extensive experience to implement and customize Salesforce solutions, particularly focusing on Service Cloud. This role is crucial to ensure systems are functioning optimally and are tailored to meet the evolving needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.
• Customize and extend Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, and Platform Events.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Salesforce instances, managing version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Demonstrated experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) - mandatory
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant - mandatory
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Apex programming language, including asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable, Scheduled Apex).
  • Expertise in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and solid understanding of the Lightning Component framework.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).

Experience

• 10+ years of overall experience, with a strong focus on Salesforce development and implementation.
