Job Title: Sales Executive – Interior Design Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (2 days Work From Office at a co-working space, rest remote) Experience Required: 1–2 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive business development with interior design companies. The ideal candidate (preferably female) should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and 1–2 years of sales or client-facing experience. This role involves building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities ● Identify and engage with interior designer companies to promote products/services. ● Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business. ● Conduct meetings, presentations, and product pitches to potential clients. ● Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions to close sales. ● Work closely with internal teams to align on client requirements and deliverables. ● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. ● Prepare sales reports and update CRM/records regularly. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. ● 1–2 years of experience from Interiors / architecture / Decor / Lighting or similar industries will have an advantage ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing exposure. ● Good personality and presentation skills are a must. ● Flexibility to work from the office (HSR Layout co-working space) 2 days a week.
