Job Summary

The MIS Manager / Analyst will be responsible for preparing and analyzing management information systems (MIS) reports that support key business decisions. This role contributes to the organization’s financial health by providing accurate analyses of financial metrics and maintaining robust reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to evaluate business performance.
• Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, Month-over-Month, Year-over-Year).
• Develop management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
• Monitor and report on key business and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Mandatory MBA in Finance.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Charts.
• Familiarity with AI for workflow automation is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in MIS, Financial Analysis, Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Reporting is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques.
• Experience with reporting tools and software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Experience

• Manager: 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Analyst: 0-3 years of relevant experience.
