WhiteOak Capital is a global asset management firm with over USD 11 billion in assets under management, investing across India and other emerging markets, primarily in public equities and selectively in late-stage private opportunities. The firm operates with a strong global footprint, with investment research teams based in India, Singapore, and Spain, and additional offices across Asia and Europe.
Founded in 2017 by Prashant Khemka, former CIO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s India and Global Emerging Markets Equity businesses, WhiteOak Capital is built on a performance-first investment culture. The firm’s investment philosophy is anchored on four core pillars: a stock-selection-driven approach, a high-calibre research team, a disciplined analytical process, and a balanced portfolio construction framework.
WhiteOak Capital offers a diversified suite of investment products including Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Alternate Investment Funds (AIFs). In India, the firm’s mutual fund AUM stood at approximately INR 32,000 crores as of December 2025. Globally, WhiteOak Capital employs ~400 professionals, reflecting a strong institutional platform with growing scale and complexity.
As the firm continues to expand across products, geographies, and regulatory environments, technology plays a critical role in enabling scalability, security, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.
