Area Sales Executive - JD it is a Fullstack Supply Chain and financing platform for Solar Installers providing Software (SaaS), Financing & Procurement solutions to solar installers and their end customers. Our goal is to help solar installers increase solar adoption by automating and simplifying ancillary functions and focus on expansion of setting up solar panels. it is backed by marquee investors such as Axilor Ventures, Titan Capital, Atha Group, DeVC, alongside angels from Groyyo, Mamaearth among others. The lead investor in the current round is a $5 billion top three solar panel manufacturer in the country. Total funding of the company stands at 50 crores. Essential Skills and Experience ● 5 to 8 years of experience in solar sales and field sales ● Relevant experience in selling products like solar modules, inverters, MMS, etc. ● Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations ● Possess advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation skills ● Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Key Responsibilities ● Develop strategies to increase sales through channels. ● Meet directors/promoters/CXOs of EPC companies and gather their upcoming requirements for material and financing. ● Offer Supply Chain Finance solutions and also procurement services for modules, inverter, BOS, etc. ● Acquire clients by penetrating new markets and work with channel partners. ● Meet customers and explain about the services and products of the company. ● Engage closely with internal finance and credit teams to structure a financing solution tailored to the EPC's specific needs . ● Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources. ● Present sales reports to the management team. ● Provide competitive insight and trends in support of sales pursuits. ● If you’re looking for exponential growth at a fast pace ● If you like taking up challenging problem statements and own them on an end to end basis What will you get? ● Exposure to problem statements across departments ● Relentless support from all team members to help you achieve your project goals ● You’ll get the freedom to innovate and build new initiatives, with strong support from the management team ● Mentorship to enable your professional and personal growth
