Business Development & Partnerships Intern
Job Summary
The Business Development & Partnerships Intern will play a pivotal role in increasing the occupancy of centers from 35% to 60% by driving strategic B2B, franchise, and influencer alliances. The intern will support business growth initiatives, identify partnership opportunities, and assist in executing campaigns to expand the company's network and market reach. This position is ideal for proactive individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in business development and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B partnership opportunities to drive occupancy growth.
- Assist in developing and nurturing franchise alliances to expand the center’s footprint.
- Research and engage with potential influencer partners to amplify brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Support the execution of business development strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and report on partnership performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
