Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Cloud / Financials (PPM) Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle PPM Cloud implementations and support, with a deep understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and related financial processes. This role will require excellent functional knowledge, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience across multiple Oracle Cloud ERP tools and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Oracle PPM Cloud implementations and support engagements (minimum 2-3 full-cycle projects preferred).
  • Provide functional expertise on Oracle PPM Cloud modules, including:
    • Project Costing
    • Project Contracts
    • Project Billing
    • Project Control
  • Conduct business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and process improvement workshops across Finance and PPM functions (Level 1–3).
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud tools such as FSM, rapid implementation templates, and ADFdi.
  • Manage Oracle PPM Cloud integrations, Data Loaders, Spreadsheet Data Loader, etc.
  • Develop functional specifications, OTBI reports, and analytics to support business requirements.
  • Configure and manage PPM Cloud security and workflows.
  • Engage with Oracle support and customer stakeholders to resolve highly escalated functional issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users to deliver optimal ERP solutions.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in ERP/Finance domain with a focus on Oracle PPM Cloud.
  • Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with key PPM Cloud modules.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud tools such as FSM, ADFdi, and rapid implementation templates.
  • Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and financial process improvement.
  • Prior experience with Oracle EBS is preferred.
  • Experience in developing functional specifications, OTBI reports, and advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PPM Cloud integrations and data migration tools.
  • Strong experience in security and workflow configuration in Oracle PPM Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle high-pressure interactions with Oracle support and customer stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle Certification in PPM/Financials is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Financials/PPM.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in ERP/Finance domain with a focus on Oracle PPM Cloud.

  • Initial 1 month onsite, followed by a Hybrid work model.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: 500,000 - 1,000,000.
