Job Summary

The Head of Finance will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of Metafin Cleantech Finance Pvt Ltd. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive financial framework aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with RBI rules and regulations relevant to the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector.
• Manage Management Information System (MIS) reporting to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
• Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster transparency and accountability in financial practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, ideally within the NBFC ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, MIS, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Educational qualifications: Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cleantech or sustainable finance is a bonus.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Experience

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with a clear understanding of the NBFC regulatory landscape.
