IT Recruiter

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract-to-hire (C2H) basis. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly in IT and software engineering roles. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in sourcing and coordinating candidates, and strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities. The position is based in Bangalore with a hybrid work mode, requiring weekly office presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and stakeholders.
• Gather and understand job descriptions and requirements from stakeholders to ensure accurate candidate profiling.
• Source candidates primarily for IT and software engineering roles using platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and stakeholders to streamline recruitment processes.
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of positions within the contract period.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in IT recruitment with end-to-end hiring exposure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management.
• In-depth knowledge of IT and software engineering skills and roles.
• Ability to gather and analyze job requirements from stakeholders.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a contract-to-hire recruitment model.
• Familiarity with payroll and contract management processes.
• Prior experience recruiting for software engineering roles in Bangalore-based companies.

Experience

• 4 to 6 years of relevant IT recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Environment

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work Mode: Hybrid, with mandatory weekly presence at the Movate Whitefield office.
• Contract Duration: 6 months on payroll with Scalene.
• Work Type: Contract to Hire (C2H).

Salary

• Expected take-home salary: INR 33,000 to 35,000 per month.
• Annual Salary Range: Approximately INR 6 Lakh per annum.
