Job Summary
The Content Lead will drive the execution of Miracles of Turmeric’s organic content strategy. This hands-on role is suitable for a strong copywriter who can effectively translate brand positioning into high-engagement social and video content. Collaborating closely with the Chief Creative Officer, the Content Lead will develop a structured content funnel aimed at enhancing organic reach, engagement, and brand affinity.
Responsibilities

Content Creation & Copywriting:
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and post copy for various social media and video content.
- Transform brand science and product benefits into engaging, consumer-friendly storytelling.
- Adapt messaging across different formats, including reels, carousels, short videos, and product content.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in brand voice across all copy outputs.

Content Funnel Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and founders to establish the brand’s organic content funnel.
- Implement content strategies at various stages, including awareness, education, and engagement.
- Develop content that aligns with defined formats and platform priorities.
- Monitor performance metrics and iterate on content for improved engagement.

Format & Platform Adaptation:
- Leverage platform-specific dynamics (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.) in content creation.
- Transform core brand narratives into repeatable, engaging content formats.
- Identify hooks and storytelling strategies to enhance organic reach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with design and video teams to ensure efficient content execution.
- Collaborate with influencer and marketing teams on content deployment strategies.
- Align content initiatives with broader campaign and brand objectives.
Qualifications

Experience:
- 3–5 years in copywriting and digital content creation, ideally from a digital agency, advertising agency, or brand role.
- Exposure to beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) categories preferred but not required.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
- Social-first content instincts and familiarity with various platforms.
- Capability to simplify complex science or product information into engaging copy.
- Understanding of engagement drivers, hooks, and short-form content.
- High ownership, discipline in execution, and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools to evaluate content performance.
- Creative mindset for storytelling and brand building.
Experience
- Candidates should have 5–6 years of relevant experience, specifically in copywriting and digital content creation within the beauty or D2C sector.
Environment
- This role typically operates in a dynamic startup environment, requiring adaptability and collaboration across teams.
Salary
- The estimated salary range for this position is ₹18-20 lakhs per annum.
