Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Guiding Care (a care management platform) and .NET technologies. The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and resolving issues in a healthcare environment to ensure the seamless functioning of production systems, especially those integrated with Guiding Care and developed using .NET.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for applications built on the .NET framework integrated with the Guiding Care platform.
• Work closely with care management teams to support critical member-facing features, care plan modules, and clinical workflows.
• Support batch jobs, file transfers, and interface integrations (e.g., HL7, EDI) with downstream systems.
• Analyze recurring issues and implement root cause fixes and preventative measures.
• Maintain documentation related to incident management, known errors, and system configurations.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24/7 uptime for mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in .NET application support and development (including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API).
• Strong exposure to Guiding Care or other care management systems in the healthcare domain.
• Solid understanding of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with production support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).
• Ability to debug application logs, identify integration issues, and suggest fixes quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Additional experience with healthcare-related applications and knowledge of industry standards (HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.

Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in production support and application development.

Environment

• The position may be based in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune. The work setting can be office-based, remote, or hybrid, depending on company policies.
