Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to contribute to our projects by leveraging their expertise in SharePoint Online migrations and Power Platform development. The ideal candidate will engage with clients, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver successful migration solutions while enhancing business applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute SharePoint Online migrations utilizing ShareGate to ensure seamless content and site transfers.
• Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for SharePoint automation and configuration tasks.
• Design and deploy custom business applications using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Actively participate in daily stand-up calls, providing updates and collaborating with the team.
• Address client inquiries with clear technical communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development.
• Proven expertise in ShareGate for SharePoint content and site migrations.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation in SharePoint environments.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying business applications using PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a history of client-facing roles.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and effectively manage time in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI integration with SharePoint or PowerApps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and the overall Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Industry-recognized Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform App Maker Associate, SharePoint Developer Associate).
• Knowledge of modern SharePoint frameworks (SPFx) and REST APIs is a plus.
