- Execute top-of-funnel campaigns across Meta and Google to build reach and search demand, connecting these efforts to performance campaigns for conversion.
- Plan monthly ad spend and targets by channel and product, tracking daily performance against set goals.
- Run paid media campaigns around product launches, including pre-launch buildup, initial week sales, and post-launch sustainment.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using metrics such as MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), incrementality, attribution windows, and reconcile platform data with actual revenue.

- Monitor competitors and marketplace bidding on brand terms to protect brand integrity and act against impersonation.
- Provide clear, data-backed briefs to creative and product teams for campaign and product development.
- Maintain clean, automated reporting through dashboards, ensuring consistent and accurate performance tracking.

- Creative instinct with the ability to craft compelling angles and hooks, and brief both top-of-funnel and performance ads aligned with brand identity.
- Working knowledge of Google Merchant Center and product feed management.
- Understanding of Indian D2C market realities such as COD, RTO, marketplaces, festive sales, and revenue metrics (gross vs. net).
- Disciplined testing approach, understanding how bid and budget adjustments impact learning and campaign stability.
- Clear, concise communication skills, capable of explaining data insights and recommended actions briefly and effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with fashion, footwear, or sneaker culture.
- Experience using YouTube as a top-of-funnel channel to generate search demand.

Experience
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in paid media management for D2C or eCommerce brands, particularly within the Indian market.
Environment
- The role involves working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, potentially hybrid or remote, with a focus on digital marketing and data-driven decision making.
