Job Summary: The Role of Manager Talent Acquisition is to shape the future workforce, drive organizational growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the tech talent market. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the tech workforce that supports the company’s growth and innovation objectives.  Forecast future technical hiring needs based on business goals and technological trends.  Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters specializing in tech talent acquisition.  Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team. JOB DESCRIPTION  Set clear performance targets and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure team effectiveness.  Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and candidate-friendly processes.  Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging AI, data analytics, and technology platforms to optimize candidate sourcing and screening.  Identify and implement automation and process improvements to reduce recruitment cycle times and enhance candidate experience.  Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top technical talent.  Ensure a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.  Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote the company culture and values externally.  Regularly report talent acquisition metrics and insights to senior leadership to demonstrate impact and inform business decisions.  Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior leadership, hiring managers, HR, and external vendors to align recruitment efforts with organizational priorities.  Act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.  Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws, diversity and inclusion policies, and ethical standards.  Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in tech talent acquisition.  Manage the talent acquisition budget effectively, optimizing spending across sourcing channels and recruitment technologies. Competencies:  Leadership attributes to be beyond traditional recruitment, highlighting innovation, strategic impact, and future-oriented talent planning in the tech sector.  Proven experience in strategic tech talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced, innovative- driven environments.  Mastery of predictive data analytics, AI-powered recruiting tools, and recruitment marketing.  Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing top talent acquisition teams.  A creative mindset for employer branding and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.  Deep knowledge of the tech talent ecosystem and emerging industry trends.  Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion as a core part of your hiring philosophy. Eligibility Criteria: JOB DESCRIPTION  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.  6-12 years of progressive HR TA experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior HR leadership role.  Strong knowledge of tech workforce hiring C contractual staffing.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization. Work Environment & Conditions:  Work from office from Monday to Friday  Hybrid or remote working on special conditions
