Job Description
<div>The Country Head, India role is critical to the success of the RxB strategy, providing in<br />
region leadership. This position will require to delivering a best-in-class Global<br />
Operations Center to support goals and objectives of the parent organization in USA.<br />
Working with local partners and suppliers in India, maintaining the highest standards of<br />
professional performance, and conduct themself with honesty and integrity at all times.<br />
Key responsibilities will be as follows:<br />
Report to ‘the CFO and SVP Product &amp; IT’ for the operational and technical<br />
delivery, to build a highly productive GOC, acting in accordance with their<br />
requests and direction.<br />
Positively contribute to the development of strong practices, working effectively<br />
with colleagues in the parent organization to successfully achieve and support<br />
business objectives, ensuring the stable, profitable and successful growth of the<br />
GOC in India.<br />
Oversee and support the delivery of services in India by working closely with all<br />
functional heads including operations, product, data, IT and legal to ensure<br />
service delivery quality is achieved, is on time and to budget and in accordance<br />
with the defined goals.<br />
Define and build a strong high performing team in India with a scalable<br />
organization structure of India team.<br />
Acting as a POC for escalating any critical issue to the global heads in the parent<br />
company, as necessary.<br />
Identifying, developing and supporting needs of the parent organization through<br />
creative ideas and solutions by positioning GOC as a strategic partner.<br />
Development of strong operational processes with well-defined SOP’s to deliver<br />
the necessary task and influencing a consistent and scalable process globally.<br />
Develop strong product development, data analytics and visualization teams and<br />
agile practices with ambition to position GOC as global innovation center,<br />
including deploying GenAI capabilities.<br />
Understand requirements and business objectives and work proactively with<br />
stakeholders to meet and deliver them.<br />
Support, advise and collaborate on technologies, initiatives and solutions,<br />
processes and standards.<br />
Providing strategic, technical and industry expertise and contributing to the<br />
identification, development of solutions.<br />
Represent GOC in a professional manner internally and externally, and achieve a<br />
high level of customer satisfaction for all work performed.<br />
Maintain expertise, knowledge and understanding of industry trends,<br />
developments and initiatives.<br />
Identify, develop, deliver and support opportunities for continuous improvement<br />
of GOC.<br />
Identify key metrics to tell the story of GOC progress and performance and<br />
overall impact to corporate.<br />
Encourage and facilitate a culture of trust, enjoyment and innovation.<br />
Assist in identifying, interviewing and recruiting staff as required for delivery.<br />
Experience and Qualifications</div>
<div>The Country Head, India and APAC should possess experience and qualifications in the<br />
following:<br />
Proven track record in operations and technical roles as a leader of large<br />
organization in India.<br />
Experienced in client facing delivery management and leadership with highly<br />
effective Stakeholder Management and communication skills, including attending<br />
project, client and team meetings, and excellent presentation skills.<br />
Proven experience in leading the delivery of US Healthcare related portfolios.<br />
Strong and effective team leadership and management skills and experience of<br />
successfully managing, growing and supervising a team of 100+ professionals<br />
with a background in operations, consulting, technical engineering and project<br />
management professionals delivering services and solutions.<br />
Proven track record of scaling an organization by expanding talent, processes,<br />
practices, and vendors.</div>
