Job Description
The Country Head, India role is critical to the success of the RxB strategy, providing in
region leadership. This position will require to delivering a best-in-class Global
Operations Center to support goals and objectives of the parent organization in USA.
Working with local partners and suppliers in India, maintaining the highest standards of
professional performance, and conduct themself with honesty and integrity at all times.
Key responsibilities will be as follows:
Report to ‘the CFO and SVP Product & IT’ for the operational and technical
delivery, to build a highly productive GOC, acting in accordance with their
requests and direction.
Positively contribute to the development of strong practices, working effectively
with colleagues in the parent organization to successfully achieve and support
business objectives, ensuring the stable, profitable and successful growth of the
GOC in India.
Oversee and support the delivery of services in India by working closely with all
functional heads including operations, product, data, IT and legal to ensure
service delivery quality is achieved, is on time and to budget and in accordance
with the defined goals.
Define and build a strong high performing team in India with a scalable
organization structure of India team.
Acting as a POC for escalating any critical issue to the global heads in the parent
company, as necessary.
Identifying, developing and supporting needs of the parent organization through
creative ideas and solutions by positioning GOC as a strategic partner.
Development of strong operational processes with well-defined SOP’s to deliver
the necessary task and influencing a consistent and scalable process globally.
Develop strong product development, data analytics and visualization teams and
agile practices with ambition to position GOC as global innovation center,
including deploying GenAI capabilities.
Understand requirements and business objectives and work proactively with
stakeholders to meet and deliver them.
Support, advise and collaborate on technologies, initiatives and solutions,
processes and standards.
Providing strategic, technical and industry expertise and contributing to the
identification, development of solutions.
Represent GOC in a professional manner internally and externally, and achieve a
high level of customer satisfaction for all work performed.
Maintain expertise, knowledge and understanding of industry trends,
developments and initiatives.
Identify, develop, deliver and support opportunities for continuous improvement
of GOC.
Identify key metrics to tell the story of GOC progress and performance and
overall impact to corporate.
Encourage and facilitate a culture of trust, enjoyment and innovation.
Assist in identifying, interviewing and recruiting staff as required for delivery.

Experience and Qualifications
The Country Head, India and APAC should possess experience and qualifications in the
following:
Proven track record in operations and technical roles as a leader of large
organization in India.
Experienced in client facing delivery management and leadership with highly
effective Stakeholder Management and communication skills, including attending
project, client and team meetings, and excellent presentation skills.
Proven experience in leading the delivery of US Healthcare related portfolios.
Strong and effective team leadership and management skills and experience of
successfully managing, growing and supervising a team of 100+ professionals
with a background in operations, consulting, technical engineering and project
management professionals delivering services and solutions.
Proven track record of scaling an organization by expanding talent, processes,
practices, and vendors.
