Job Summary

The Tech Implementer & Coordinator serves as a hands-on generalist responsible for bridging strategy and execution. This role involves owning the technical build, coordinating with external teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of the AI-driven marketing automation playbook.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between SMART Vision stakeholders and the external engineering pod, translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
  • Design and implement Python-based automation scripts and Generative AI pipelines for lead triage, content generation, and recovery workflows.
  • Configure and maintain the headless Content Management System (CMS) and the AI-driven SEO engine for generating and publishing localized landing pages.
  • Oversee on-page and programmatic SEO implementations, including keyword mapping, structured data, and meta optimization, to minimize reliance on paid advertising.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, task transitions, and delivery checkpoints with the external team across all implementation phases.
  • Manage webhook integrations between advertising platforms, CRM systems, and the AI lead desk to ensure clean and auditable data flow.
  • Monitor and audit AI agent outputs for accuracy and compliance prior to going live.
  • Maintain technical documentation and handover materials for SMART Vision's in-house team for sustainable platform operation post-engagement.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in a similar full-stack or AI engineering role.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively in technical discussions and stakeholder meetings.
  • Proficiency in the following core technical skills:
    • Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
    • Prompt engineering and LangChain/LangGraph
    • Agentic AI workflows
    • Python scripting and automation
    • REST APIs and webhooks
    • Semantic SEO and programmatic content generation
    • Familiarity with Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi or similar)
    • Basics of Next.js/React
    • Workflow orchestration using n8n
    • PostgreSQL and vector databases
    • Basic DevOps and cloud familiarity
    • Analytics and reporting capabilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with vLLM model inference.
  • Familiarity with ComfyUI video diffusion and Voice AI technologies (e.g., Pipecat, LiveKit).
  • Knowledge of healthcare and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling (Robyn).

Experience

  • A minimum of 3–6 years in a technical role, preferably related to full-stack development or AI engineering.
