Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end development, as well as database management and DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Build and maintain robust back-end services using languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js, and frameworks like Django, Rails, or Express.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs, and architect microservices for scalable applications.
• Manage and optimize relational databases (Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Implement version control using Git and manage code repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Apply DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and API deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Expert in primary technologies (front-end and back-end development).
• Strong database management skills with experience in both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to handle tasks related to secondary technologies, demonstrating strong technical fundamentals.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork and collaboration in agile environments.
• Self-driven and proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience in the Healthcare (Provider) domain would be a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in full-stack development.

Environment

• The role is based in Chennai, with work mode being 5 days in-office.
• Shift timings will be in the afternoon, allowing for US overlapping shifts.
