Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of goodwill valuation, common stock analysis, and purchase price allocation methodologies.
• Proficiency in valuation software and financial modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
