The Business Valuation role focuses on assessing the value of businesses and their assets. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for valuation projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business valuation or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of goodwill valuation, common stock analysis, and purchase price allocation methodologies.
- Proficiency in valuation software and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser).
