Job Description
- Oversee and manage all legal matters, including corporate governance, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to business operations.
- Manage litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings, liaising with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Protect and enforce the company’s intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights.
- Provide legal support for business expansion, franchise agreements, and mergers & acquisitions.
- Advise leadership and internal teams on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry-specific regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement internal legal policies and training programs to ensure best practices.
