Job Summary

The Package Consultant-SAP Application Extensions is responsible for assisting customers in the selection, design, and implementation of SAP applications. This role emphasizes a clean core development approach and requires expertise in various advanced technologies and consulting skills to effectively collaborate with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and designing SAP applications for clean core development.
• Implement In-App extensions, OData, and API Management methods.
• Design and develop complex Core Data Services (CDS) views and side-by-side applications.
• Utilize Rapid Application Programming (RAP) techniques and embedded Steampunk for application enhancements.
• Collaborate with customers and application stakeholders to deploy multi-dimensional technology solutions.
• Provide significant consulting expertise to guide clients through technology adoption and implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in SAP application development and consulting.
• Proficiency in In-App extensions and OData services.
• Experience with API Management and complex CDS view design.
• Familiarity with side-by-side application design and RAP programming.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Capability to navigate and implement multi-dimensional technology areas.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional SAP modules and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based deployment solutions.
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP application extensions and development consulting.
