Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and skilled Product Development professional to join our Bangalore office. As a full-time member of our product team, you will play a key role in driving product innovation, competitive strategy, and business growth. This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy and product development, collaborating with a diverse team to build impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to inform product direction.
• Develop and refine pricing strategies and unit economics models for existing and new products.
• Formulate and execute business model strategies to support product positioning and growth.
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and design teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations on product performance and strategies.
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to project planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA  or Masters in Economics
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in product development or a related function.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with business models and economic frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in SOP writing and project planning.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth experience with competitive analysis and market research.
• Proficiency in developing and managing pricing strategies.
• Advanced knowledge of unit economics and business model development.
• Experience building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with prototyping or product management tools.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in product development, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, or related areas.

Environment

• Work Location: Bangalore (on-site).

• May require occasional extended hours or participation in strategy sessions.

Salary

• ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.  ( Negotiable , if candidate found to be good )
