Job Summary

We’re looking for a Citrix/Windows Administrator to join our team and take ownership of designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Citrix environments. You’ll work across infrastructure layers to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance, while collaborating with global teams to support automation and continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to scalable solutions that support better journeys across the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support Citrix-based platforms with a focus on stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide third-level support for Citrix environments, including incident investigation and resolution, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies into existing systems, ensuring operational excellence.
• Document processes and provide guidance to first and second-level support teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical and operational consultancy and contribute to platform automation and team value improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–11 years of experience in IT, with strong hands-on expertise in Citrix platform administration.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with open-source technologies and containerization platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of Windows-based systems; Linux and Netscaler experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including OSI model, routing, firewalls, and TCP/UDP protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions in a global, agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Additional knowledge in cloud technologies and virtualization would be beneficial.
• Experience with monitoring tools and practices.
