Analyst-II Business Process

Job Summary

The Analyst-II Business Process role is essential for managing the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies. This position focuses on meeting service level agreements and productivity targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies.
• Perform regular standard tasks with the flexibility to vary work sequencing.
• Meet Service Level Agreement and productivity targets consistently.
• Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Candidates must possess good communication skills.
• Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken.
• Open to work from the office as needed.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• PC literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office and email skills.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills are preferable.

Experience

• Relevant experience in business process analysis or a related field is preferred.

Environment

• The position is based in Bangalore/Noida.
• Work type is full-time and the work mode is in-office.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹430,000.
