Job Description

The candidate will lead the brand and will be responsible for delivering the short term and long term objectives & business plans of the brand/company

Responsibilities

Build the mid & long-term strategy for the brand and scale it to a Rs. 500 Cr brand in 5 years

Creating and Implementing Annual Business Plan, full ownership of P&L

Developing New Markets and Channels for Business Growth - Both in India and Globally

Drive the day-to-day operations of the brand across all functions - Marketing, Product, Digital Marketing, Channels, Finance, Sourcing, etc.

Should work well with all stakeholders

Build a winning team and a healthy, open & driven culture in the brand.

Skills

10-12 years’ experience, Engg / MBA from Tier1/2 institute

Managed P&L & Handled Sales (3-4 years experience in sales/retail is a must)

Exposure to e-commerce will be an added advantage - not a must

Should have worked in lifestyle consumer goods - Fashion / FMCG 

Can scale businesses and optimise costs

Should be excited about wealth creation through ESOPs
