Job Description
<div>Craft and execute brand strategy</div>
<div>Develop positioning, voice, and messaging that clearly communicate Hira’s ethos —“Scents are stories. What’s yours?” and values like “Clean,” “Evocative,” and “Longstay”</div>
<div>Campaign & Content Development Build marketing campaigns (launches, seasonal promotions) with engaging creative content (social posts, blog narratives, ad assets) that reflect the brand's emotional tone and aesthetic.</div>
<div>Digital & Social Media Leadership Oversee social media strategy to ensure brand coherence.</div>
<div>Manage creative direction, content calendar, influencer collaborations, and campaign performance across platforms.</div>
<div>Consumer Insights & Market Strategy Monitor fragrance trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences.</div>
<div>Use insights to refine positioning and recommend new product ideas or collections.</div>
<div>Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product development (scents & design), digital teams (e-commerce, web), and external partners (photographers, influencers, PR) to execute cohesive brand activations.</div>
<div>Performance Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs like social engagement, campaign ROI, sales lift, brand awareness metrics. Present insights to stakeholders and optimize strategy accordingly.</div>
<div>Brand Storytelling & Community Building Maintain consistent brand narrative across all platforms, including packaging, site copy, social media, and customer communications, nurturing emotional connection with customers</div>
