Job Summary

The ServiceNow Architect role is designed for seasoned professionals with extensive experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM). The primary focus will be on implementing, integrating, and managing ServiceNow modules to enhance operational efficiency and support client transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architecture.
• Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Design and configure integrations with multiple external systems/tools, ensuring data fidelity and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide strategic insights into cloud integration and orchestration, enhancing overall system capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in service mapping and CMDB governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong technical expertise in CMDB architecture, design, and governance.
• Proficient in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and Cloud Discovery.
• Experience in designing and implementing integrations with 9 or more external systems/tools such as:
  • SolarWinds
  • Splunk
  • AppDynamics
  • Dynatrace
  • Nagios
  • AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Network Management Tools
  • Other CMDB data sources
• Relevant educational qualifications in IT or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ServiceNow ITOM or related fields is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools.

Experience

• At least 8+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
