<div>Detailed job description:</div> <div>● Identify cost optimisation opportunities through analysis of business data with cross-functional teams to draw out detailed plan(s) and drive their implementation.</div> <div>● Improve visibility of key business metrics in areas such as revenue, gross margin, discounts, shipping charges, warehousing, etc. through data dashboards.</div> <div>● Perform various analyses such as cost-benefit analysis, scenario analysis, financial modeling, impact analysis, etc., and present recommendations to leaders on strategic decisions.</div> <div>● Call out metrics or areas which are off-track as soon as possible so that problem-solving can be done quickly</div> <div>● Diving deep into L3, L4, and L5 level data to find out roadblocks or inefficiencies, or answer questions from business leaders.</div> <div>● Perform weekly business performance reviews with all relevant stakeholders.</div> <div>● Manage key stakeholders viz finance, category, and supply chain. Skill and competencies:</div> <div>● In-depth understanding of cost structures and P&amp;L</div> <div>● Strong analytical, mediation, negotiating, and problem-resolution skills.</div> <div>● Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and be comfortable with ambiguity.</div> <div>● Ability to communicate insights clearly.</div> <div>● Strong ability to work with MS excel and Google sheets.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualification and experience requirements:</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>● CA/ MBA from a reputed institution with 0-2 years of experience</div> <div>● Past experience in Finance or a business finance role; Experience in E-Commerce, and/ or Start-up is preferred although not mandatory.</div>
