Job Summary

The ServiceNow Developer – AI/ML is responsible for enhancing and customizing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Utilize JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs for advanced development tasks.

  • Participate in continuous improvement processes, focusing on training datasets and AI/ML model optimization.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on AI/ML capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and modules such as IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Familiarity with integrating AI-driven workflows and conversational interfaces.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
