Business Analyst 

Responsibilities:

• Analyse data, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and be the source to aid data backed decision making

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable teams to make data-driven decisions. Provide analysis and recommendations to the leadership team

• Orchestrate all the business activities and align functional teams to launch a new market and taking it from zero-to-one

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and present detailed insights, recommendations, and feedback to improve business metrics

Requirements:

• Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of work experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or analytics firms can apply. 

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Naturally curious and proactive in learning

• Analytical and have a love for data with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems diagnose issues and, make recommendations

• A people’s person who can communicate well and get along with external and internal stakeholders across functions to “get things done”.
