<div>Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution<br />

Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and Quick Commerce.<br />
•<br />
Assist in media planning, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate with brand, category, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.<br />
Monitoring & Optimization<br />
•<br />
Track KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV and implement optimization strategies.<br />
•<br />
Run A/B tests, landing page improvements, and creative optimizations to boost performance.<br />
•<br />
Identify growth opportunities through data insights and competitor benchmarking.</div>
<div>Experience & Skills<br />
•<br />
2–5 years in performance marketing, preferably with a D2C brand.<br />
•<br />
Familiarity with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa) and quick commerce channels.<br />
•<br />
Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools.<br />
•<br />
Collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.<br />
