Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will drive the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business in Bangalore
and the South region. The role requires expertise in CRE lending, strong networking skills, and
the ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
o Identify and acquire new clients for CRE products such as construction finance.
o Develop strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to
drive business growth.
o Explore and capitalize on market opportunities to achieve business targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat
business.
o Provide end-to-end support during the deal lifecycle, including client onboarding
and documentation.
3. Market Intelligence and Strategy:
o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in
the real estate sector.
o Provide inputs to the Zonal Sales Leader for strategy development and process
improvement.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal to ensure
seamless deal execution.
o Act as a mentor for junior sales team members in the region, sharing knowledge
and expertise.
5. Compliance and Reporting:
o Ensure all deals comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.
o Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market
feedback.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in CRE sales, with a proven track record
of achieving targets.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.
• Location: Bangalore, with travel across the South region as required.
