<div>Job Description &ndash; Senior Sales Manager (CRE)<br /> Location: Bangalore<br /> Department: Commercial Real Estate (CRE)<br /> Reports To: Zonal Sales Leader / National Sales Leader</div> <div>Role Overview:<br /> The Senior Sales Manager will drive the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business in Bangalore<br /> and the South region. The role requires expertise in CRE lending, strong networking skills, and<br /> the ability to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1. Business Development:<br /> o Identify and acquire new clients for CRE products such as construction finance.<br /> o Develop strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to<br /> drive business growth.<br /> o Explore and capitalize on market opportunities to achieve business targets.<br /> 2. Client Relationship Management:<br /> o Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat<br /> business.<br /> o Provide end-to-end support during the deal lifecycle, including client onboarding<br /> and documentation.<br /> 3. Market Intelligence and Strategy:<br /> o Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in<br /> the real estate sector.<br /> o Provide inputs to the Zonal Sales Leader for strategy development and process<br /> improvement.<br /> 4. Team Collaboration:<br /> o Work closely with internal teams such as credit, operations, and legal to ensure<br /> seamless deal execution.<br /> o Act as a mentor for junior sales team members in the region, sharing knowledge<br /> and expertise.<br /> 5. Compliance and Reporting:<br /> o Ensure all deals comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.<br /> o Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market<br /> feedback.</div> <div>Key Skills and Competencies:<br /> &bull; Strong sales and negotiation skills.<br /> &bull; In-depth understanding of CRE lending products.<br /> &bull; Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.<br /> &bull; Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities.<br /> &bull; Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</div> <div>Qualifications:<br /> &bull; Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in CRE sales, with a proven track record<br /> of achieving targets.<br /> &bull; Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree; MBA/PGDM preferred.<br /> &bull; Location: Bangalore, with travel across the South region as required.</div>
