Job Responsibilities:

New Accounts Hunting & Account Management getting relevant B2B customers on board including
builders, interior designer and nurturing them & converting them to consistent Key accounts for TSC.

Work closely with New Accounts and Company and engage them in joint business plans wit h a promise of
growth and scale 0

Strategize entry across hotel and b2b segments and enabling conversion and retention.

Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth.

To handle large B2B accounts in direct selling by New Accounts Development.

Ensuring 100% end to end fulfilment rate for all orders by coordinating with operations team.

Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payable.

To a go getter & have a team handling experience.
 
 
Required Skills/Abilities:

4 5 + Years of Experience in the relevant

Entrepreneurial Streak & Leadership abilities

Hands On Operational Efficiency with ability to set and follow processes

Ready to travel across the given Territory/ zone.
