Job Summary

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, models, and storage solutions to support the company's data-driven initiatives. Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable data pipelines that collect, transform, and load data.
• Develop Logical Data Models and Physical Data Models, including data warehouse designs.
• Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure data pipeline reliability and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure end-to-end execution of data pipelines.
• Help set up processes and streamline workflows to support team expansion and cross-team collaboration.
• Optimize data processing and storage solutions for efficiency and scalability, working with large volumes of data.
• Demonstrate understanding of modern data technologies such as Spark, Flink, Iceberg, Parquet, etc.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years of experience working on ETL pipelines.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python for data manipulation and transformation.
  • In-depth knowledge of NoSQL or relational databases and data modeling.
  • Experience with workflow management tools like Apache Airflow.
  • Ability to contribute across all phases of development, including design, implementation, and operation of production systems.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and writing high-quality code.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous or undefined problems effectively.
  • Understanding of data security and privacy principles.
