Roles & Responsibilities:
<p> </p> 1. Prospect & generate leads through referrals, industry networks, business databases, and <p> </p> digital channels. <p> </p> 2. Undertake targeted outreach (cold outreach – email, phone, linkedin, warm outreach – <p> </p> networking, industry events, referrals) to C-level executives (CXOs) to introduce services, <p> </p> identify needs, and gather essential information for lead qualification. <p> </p> 3. Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline) to <p> </p> ensure they meet the criteria for further engagement and scheduling meetings. <p> </p> 4. Schedule & setup high-impact meetings for partners with qualified leads, managing a <p> </p> monthly target <p> </p> 5. Track progress and maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and event participation in <p> </p> the CRM system, ensuring the pipeline remains updated. <p> </p> 6. Attend industry events & networking forums to build relationships and generate leads. <p> </p> 7. Conduct market research & stay updated on industry trends, competitors & client needs. <p> </p> Ideal Candidate Profile: <p> </p> 1. Strong prospecting, relationship-building, and communication skills. <p> </p> 2. Experience in consultative selling, partnerships, or high-value B2B sales. <p> </p> 3. Self-driven, structured, and proactive in lead generation and follow-ups. <p> </p> 4. Background in professional services, finance, or consulting is a plus. <p> </p> Requirements: <p> </p> 1. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in mass communications, commerce or business administration <p> </p> 2. 2-5 years of experience in prospecting and qualifying leads <p> </p> 3. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Zoho Bigin), MS Office & G suite <p> </p> 4. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills<br />
