Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement:

    • Connect with potential clients through phone calls, meetings, or virtual interactions.
    • Build strong relationships by actively listening to their goals, challenges, and aspirations.
    • Provide a personalized, human touch to every interaction, making clients feel valued and understood.
  • Consultative Selling:

    • Understand our services in depth and align them with the specific needs of potential clients.
    • Address concerns and queries with patience and clarity, demonstrating how our offerings can help clients achieve their dreams.
    • Persuasively communicate the value of our services, converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • Problem Solving:

    • Identify and empathize with the challenges faced by potential clients in launching their coaching careers.
    • Offer tailored solutions that help clients see a clear path to success.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Building:

    • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring no opportunities are missed.
    • Build long-term relationships that foster trust and encourage referrals.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the coaching, education, or related fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a charismatic and empathetic approach.
  • Strong understanding of human behavior and the ability to connect on a personal level.
  • Proven ability to convince and convert leads while maintaining integrity and trust.
  • A background in coaching, education, or personal development is highly preferred.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English.

Experience

2-3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the coaching, education, or related fields.

Environment

This is a work-from-office opportunity located in Bangalore (Manyata Tech Park, Nagavara). We prefer candidates from Bangalore who can travel to the office.

Salary

₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Performance Based Incentives.
