We are seeking a highly skilled digital analytics professional for a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on deep technical execution. This position involves implementing, validating, and maintaining analytics tracking across digital platforms using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch. The ideal candidate will independently manage complex tagging projects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain tracking across various digital platforms using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Manage complex tagging projects independently while ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of data utilization.
- Validate and conduct quality assurance using tools like Observpoint for automated quality checks on tracking implementations.
- Connect digital data to business KPIs to deliver valuable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch.
- Strong understanding of data layers, tagging strategy, and implementation best practices.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML, particularly regarding tag deployment and debugging.
- Proficient in quality assurance (QA) practices, with exposure to Observpoint or similar validation tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Adobe Workspace, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to effectively engage with various teams.
- Ability to connect digital data with business KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Target.
- Working knowledge of third-party pixel management.
Experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, particularly with Adobe tools.
