Job Summary

The Oracle Service Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant will play a key role in the implementation and support of Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC). This position is integral to enhancing the customer experience by utilizing technical and functional expertise to provide solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) solutions effectively.
• Develop and maintain customer portals using OOP principles, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Create and manage custom scripts, workflows, and business rules to optimize system performance.
• Facilitate integrations with external systems leveraging REST APIs.
• Manage email configurations and mailbox setups, including transactional and outreach emails.
• Configure Oracle Gen AI and Oracle Engagement Engine, including web chat for services.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Service Cloud (OSvC) implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of OOP, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience with BUI (Business User Interface) and Agent Desktop.
• Previous hands-on experience with custom scripting, workflows, and business rules.
• Understanding of email configurations and mailbox management, including transactional and outreach emails.
• Familiarity with Oracle Gen AI and Oracle Engagement Engine.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Digital Assistant, C#, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Oracle Service Cloud certifications would be a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Service Cloud or related fields.

Environment

• This is a remote position with work hours aligned to Singapore Time Zone.
