Euler Motors is looking for Sales Trainer - PAN India to organize, plan and execute training sessions for all our key employees. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the product knowledge and preparation of our staff, from the retail team to customer relationship executives across selected regions.</div>

The candidate should be preferably from a Sales training or L&D background with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience and with an excellent hold in communication skills.</div>

<div>Job Responsibilities:<br />

Assess employees’ skills, talents, performance, and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.<br />
•<br />
Create training decks and materials to enhance the training experience of the employees.<br />
•<br />
Oversee the training in all critical areas of Sales and Business operations, including product training, service structures, and other relevant information shared by the management.<br />
•<br />
Research new training materials and supplies that might enhance our training procedures and provide value to our employees.<br />
•<br />
Assign training sessions to newly onboarded employees.<br />
•<br />
Identify future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training.<br />
•<br />
Search for gaps in training material or content that should be filled to ensure top-class productivity among staff members.<br />
•<br />
Communicate with team members, and management to ensure all needs are met.<br />
