Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Strategic Product & Operations Executive. This role is pivotal in supporting manufacturing partner onboarding, Key Account Management, Operations, and Backend Coordination. The Executive will regularly interact with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders, making effective communication and relationship management essential for success.
Responsibilities

Strategic Product Support
- Assist in product strategy, planning, and execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Support market research and product improvement initiatives.

Vendor Procurement & Manufacturing Coordination
- Manage vendor sourcing, development, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Support manufacturing setup and operational requirements.

Key Account Management
- Serve as the primary contact for key customers, including U.S. export clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and order coordination.

Operations & Backend Management
- Manage operational workflows and documentation.
- Coordinate order processing, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure smooth execution of backend processes.
- Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and business-related records.

Customer Communication
- Conduct regular calls with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) preferred from Delhi Technological University (DTU) or Delhi University (DU).
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; candidates with Electrical Engineering backgrounds will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in the fastener industry, sheet metal fabrication, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of vendor procurement and supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with fastener and manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ownership and execution mindset.
Experience
1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, or key account management, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
Environment
The position is located in Gurugram, with a work schedule of 5 days in the office and 1 day working from home (WFH) on Saturdays. The office environment fosters collaboration and entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-growing organization.
Salary
Estimated salary range is ₹9 - 12 LPA (Cost to Company).
