JD for the Business Finance Analyst- Costing Company Name – Vitalpro Consumer Pvt Ltd Roles and Responsibilities  Develop and implement cost accounting systems and procedures  Analyze and monitor production costs, profitability, and cost trends  Prepare detailed reports on cost findings for management  Collaborate with other departments to drive cost efficiency  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies  Prepare budgets and forecasts in liaison with financial teams  Prepare and implement the Product costing policy & systems in group.  Establishes internal controls, SOP’s and guidelines for cost accounting transactions, month end closing and budget preparation.  Oversees the preparation of periodic costing reports & ensures that the reported results comply with Cost accounting principles or financial reporting standards.  Cost reduction & cost saving project discussion with the operation / business heads and monthly monitoring  Validation of the cost saving projects from other departments.  Cost Audit  Cost Optimisation  Capex monitoring and ROI tracking for completed projects Desired Candidate Profile :  Proficient in SAP , Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.  Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, systems, and procedures  Examine and verify financial documents.  Demonstrate good work paper and analytical techniques.  Communicate financial information with department managers.  Exercise independent judgment within established systems and procedures  Prepare a variety of financial statements, reports and analysis timely and accurately.
