Reporting to: Furniture Category Heads

Job Brief: Pepperfry Furniture brands team is looking for an experienced Key Accounts Manager, who would be responsible for improving business & ensuring smooth Procure to Pay(P2P) cycle for sellers. In this role, you will identify and execute deals with merchants and expand the sourcing base.

You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment & also work across Pepperfry to utilize other products and services to create new and powerful value propositions for these merchants.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Seller Management: Manage existing seller accounts, Grow and develop sales and profitability
• Relationship Management: To create strong partnership with nominated partners in terms of Business, Listings, Supply, Logistics & ensuring the full cycle of
• Inventory Management: Close coordination with S&OP teams & suppliers to ensure right stocks at the right time at the right place
• Pricing: Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
• Sourcing: Spend significant time in the field & closely work with sourcing teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• New Launches: Identify and fill product gaps to generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth for the furniture seller accounts
• Competition & Industry Analysis: Understanding market dynamics & plugging-in the gaps required via existing or new key accounts

Preferred Requirements/ Key Skills

• Proven working experience in Ecommerce Industry, Category & Seller management
• Self-Motivated individual who can travel to understand Manufacturing & Product technically
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in furniture category.
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Post Graduate with 2-5 years’ experience
