<p>Role Overview:</p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) with strong expertise in</p>
<p>General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT). The ideal candidate should have prior</p>
<p>experience in handling MT teams, managing distributor networks, and building strong</p>
<p>trade relationships within the FMCG/Personal Care industry.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>• Drive sales growth in assigned territory across GT & MT channels with a major</p>
<p>focus on Modern Trade.</p>
<p>• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales officers/executives to achieve</p>
<p>business objectives.</p>
<p>• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts, and</p>
<p>modern trade partners.</p>
<p>• Ensure effective secondary sales, merchandising, visibility, and promotional</p>
<p>activities.</p>
<p>• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business</p>
<p>opportunities.</p>
<p>• Plan and execute route-to-market (RTM) strategies for GT and MT.</p>
<p>• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</p>
<p>• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and discount structures.</p>
