This role demands a customer delight mindset, attention to detail, diligent and a<br /> solution-oriented attitude to ensure our customers feel valued and connected to the Plaeto brand.<br /> Key Responsibilities:<br />
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.<br />
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently while maintaining a prominent level of customer<br /> satisfaction.<br />
- Ensuring timely follow-up on customer escalations to guarantee resolution.<br />
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate customer concerns when necessary.<br />
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.<br />
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to relevant<br /> departments.<br />
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.<br />
- Prepare the monthly Customer Service report & deck.<br /> Qualifications and Skills:<br />
- Proven experience in a customer service or related role is highly preferred.<br />
- Experience in a startup and dynamic company environment is a plus.<br />
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.<br />
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.<br />
- Familiarity with Customer Service Automation tools is an advantage.<br />
- Proficient in working on Excel, Word, PPT, or equivalent Google applications.<br />
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced challenging environment.<br />
- A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.<br /> Educational Requirements:<br />
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.<br />
