Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Support: Guide the team to exceed targets and support major client meetings for high conversion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations for compliance and analyze metrics to drive improvements.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Team Building & Recruitment: Lead hiring and onboarding of sales professionals, clearly setting expectations and targets.
- Training & Development: Conduct regular training on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
~ 10+ years of experience in real estate / property management, and other sales / business development roles. 
~ Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
~ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
~ Ability to set clear objectives and drive team performance.
~ Experience in onboarding and training new team members.
~ Familiarity with Bengaluru’s real estate market is a plus.
